Fontanella Bed & Breakfast is situated in the very first outskirt of Bergamo,in a residential area with parking.
Surrounded by a nice garden with indipendent entrance it is composed by two elegantly furnished bedrooms with private bathrooms, tv, air-conditioning and a breakfast room.

We will be pleased to welcome you at Fontanella B&B trying to making you feel at home.
Your morning will start with a delicious breakfast which, during summertime, will be served in a beautiful garden.

If you wish, we will be ready could to give you information about walks and excursions making you discover the splendor of "Città Alta", the medioeval upper time with its cultural heritage, its monuments, its fine arts and the charming countryside represented by the beauty of its valleys ,the Orobic Prealps,with the pleausure of delicious typical products and warm hospitality of its inhabitants: i Bergamaschi!

Fontanella B&B is easily reachable from Milan-Orio al Serio Airport (BGY), railways stations and the highway Milan-Venice (A4).Nearby you may find restaurants, pizzerias(conventions 10% discount) and malls.

On the way, at 30/60 minutes by car ,by bus or by train you could admire the splendor of Lake Lecco, Lake Como, Lake Garda and Lake Iseo.
At few km the birthplace village of Pope Johannes XXIII:Sotto il Monte.

For children and their family we suggest a visit to the naturalistic Park "Le Cornelle" at 2 km.

By car
On the highway Milan-Venice (A4), exit Bergamo.
Continue on the express-way direction Lecco-Como than take the 2nd exit Bergamo-Longuelo.
Follow direction Lecco-Como for 1,5 km.		 By train
From Milan-Central station a train every 30 minutes to Bergamo or to Ponte San Pietro railways stations.
Once in Bergamo take bus nr° 8 (see by bus) or once in Ponte San Pietro walking (10 mn)or we come to pick you up!
By bus
From Bergamo railways - bus station or down-town, take bus nr° 8 direction Ponte San Pietro.
Stop at 'Curno-Merena(15 min).		 By plane
From Milano-Orio al Serio airport (BGY)a shuttle every 10 minutes to railways station or down-town.
Than take bus nr°8.

Transfer to/from airport or railways station on request.
